I do not allow cancellations, returns or issue refunds, but I'll promptly replace any items that are damaged in transit at no cost to the customer. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 7 business days if there's an issue. You'll need to email me at info@kitschandconfetti.com + provide photos of the shipping label, box and item in order to receive a replacement item.
